Rigid Sole reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order. Rigid Sole at its sole discretion may cancel any
order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Service or
- For any reason outside the control of the Rigid Sole including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
Cancellation of orders are only allowed within 24 hours of the order being placed, in this case, the entire order amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
-The credit note will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the product and final inspection of all facts and data required to issue the credit note.
