Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe:
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued in the form of a credit note, which can be used for future purchases at Rigid Sole.
- Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues. To request a different size, please contact us within the 7-day window.
- Note: Exchanges cannot be made for a different product design, only for size adjustments.
- Forward Shipping Charges: The cost of shipping the exchanged product to the customer will be borne by the customer.
- Care When Trying On Shoes:
- Please handle the shoes carefully when trying them on to avoid marking the leather or staining the soles.
- If assessing size or fit, walk only on carpet or a clean surface to avoid damage to the soles.
- Condition of Footwear:
- To qualify for a return or exchange, footwear must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Rigid Sole reserves the right to conduct a quality check to ensure the product is resalable before issuing a credit note or exchange. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense, with no reimbursement.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Items purchased on sale.
- Custom or bespoke items made to your specifications.
- Footwear that has been worn or used and is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at support@rigidsole.com within 7 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Provide Details:
Include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
3. Image Submission:
Please attach at least 3 clear images of the product showing:
- The front view
- The side view
- The sole of the shoe
This will help us verify the condition of the product.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom-made orders.
